From workshops to hands-on support, we’re here to help thriving teams optimize time & increase well-being.

Why H&P?

Companies that address their “burnout culture” find themselves struggling less with retention, lowering their overall costs while bumping productivity and profits.

Potential Customizable Offerings

  • Workshops

Great for all-staff development days, conferences & retreats - our customizable workshops will have folks in lots of interactive activities to consider their time management and wellness in a whole new light.

All workshops can be offered in person or remote.

    Sample workshops:

    • Intro to Hustle & Play: we teach the basics of our framework and folks leave with one week of their life mapped out like never before and a tool to build with going forward.

    • How to have more play in your everyday life: folks learn the value of play and have lots of fun brainstorming ways to bring it to work and home.

    • How to use your strengths, core values, and personal goals to build more work-life balance: folks use strengths-finder, established organization values, and more industry standard tools to fuse with their personal goals for practical use.

    What participants say they’ve learned:

    • “to take a holistic view at balance and wellness.”

    • “The VALUE of reflection and how it can help you improve your daily/weekly tasks.”

    • “A different perspective on how to view what I "do" in life. Specifically around play.”

    • “Planning for the future is preparation to do better for yourself.”

  • Peer Learning Groups

Creating a new relationship with time management is deep work. We have found over and over again that the best results come when learning is driven from the wisdom of it’s group members in an ongoing way. We specialize in facilitating peer-learning groups amongst teams for transformative change as we explore:

    • how personal & organziational values intersect

    • team building activities that deepen relationships, and

    • time management & wellness skill building to drive outcomes in all areas of life

Groups typically meet monthly for 2-hours in person or virtually, from 4-12 months.

A group member recently shared about their experience:

“I've learned to better identify areas of my life that would fall into the H&P categories [hustle, play, push & move] and have gained a greater understanding of why I sometimes feel burned out by the end of the day/week due to not balancing my activities accordingly. Reflection has been a big part of the process and I've enjoyed being able to take the time to sit and reflect on my actions and choices regularly, seeing how it impacts my personal and professional goals.”

  • 1-1 Coaching

This offering is paired well with any of our workshops or peer learning groups to offer individualized support.

It is also great for a leader who is interested in Hustle & Play for themselves and not quite sure if they want to bring it to their team yet.

Weekly 45-minute sessions are designed to:

    • teach the H&P framework

    • review how the various tools are being implemented in conjunction with overall goals & values

    • measure progress with qualitative & quantitative tools

    • set each person up for sustainable, ongoing progress in every area of their life

We recommend at least 8 sessions, but packages are customizable depending on the goals of the client & organization.

What folks say they learned after working with Morgan:

    • “I learned that I can bring my strategy and planning to create space in my life for my passions. I learned that I want to stop blaming myself to not getting to my creative projects and allow myself to be where I am. I learned that this is a mindfulness practice of bringing myself back again and again.”

    • “The subtle yet significant difference in my understanding of balance and flow. Better understanding of how my weekly reflections will help me create a more solid data base for me to pull from throughout the year and especially at seasonal/end of year reflections.”
